While you are on the Kanban board, manage the task and view all its properties directly in the modal window without refreshing the page.
Blocking tasks
Block tasks that cannot be worked on further. Specify the reasons for blocking to always keep factors affecting task completion under control. Blocked tasks will be highlighted in red on your Kanban board so that you always know what to pay attention to first.
Change status by moving the task on the board
Change the status of tasks directly on the Kanban board, and customise task movement rules, with workflow.
Quick filters and searches
Use quick filters to search and display tasks on boards: by assigned, by lock, search by topic and task number.
Subcolumns and merging statuses into one column
Create subcolumns or combine multiple statuses into one column.
Board saving
Customize the display of the board (statuses, card appearance, swimlanes) and task filtering conditions. Save them as different boards for quick and easy access.
