The team leader receives a daily report with a list of issues that expire in the next three days.
What can be used to configure reports
- Any filters for issues;
- Group by any fields;
- Choose the reminder period: daily, weekly, monthly and annually;
- The recipients can be a group or a specific user;
- You can select any columns in the table.
